Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for sealed, unused products in original packaging. Opened attars and perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged / Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or wrong product, WhatsApp us at +91 83697 48001 with your order number and photo proof within 48 hours. We will replace or refund promptly.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
